Penis Enlargement Surgery
When I say that the penis enlargement market continues to grow there is no pun intended. It is a market that has not reached its full potential yet and probably won’t as long as men are feeling inadequate in a personal way.
There are many products you have probably seen advertised in the spam folder of your email and let me tell you this has been the case for years and years. These people that use spam to market products do not sell stuff that does not sell but the problem is that none of the creams or potions or pills work and for all their promise, they are all frauds. They just don’t work. The marketers are playing on men’s the strong desire to find an easy solution to what men find as a real problem.
Vacuum pumps are one product that are sold via a myriad of ways and are also used by doctors. The difference is what they are intended to do and how they are used. In so many of the advertisements they promise real growth but this is just not true. It is only temporary and in a matter of hours or less the penis is back to its original size. The way a doctor uses the pump is to treat erection dysfunction not penis size. The pump is used to create a vacuum around the penis so the penis fills with blood as it would naturally and then once it is erect a ring is placed at the base of the penis to keep the blood in and the penis erect. This can work for hours or until it is released.
Exercises for the penis are another marketer’s scam. The penis does not have muscles and there is nothing to exercise so there is no way to increase the size of the penis by exercise.
Surgery is another option that can in fact make the penis larger. The details of it are beyond the scope of this post but in short there two kinds of surgeries. One will some incisions that release the penis so it can be stretched larger and the other surgery will implant a pump that can be used when an erection is desired.
The cost for this surgery can be anywhere from 4000 – 17000 dollars depending on many factors like the type of surgery, location, the doctor and the facility among other things.
